Multi-Story Factory Buildings are located in Forward Road
No. 23 and No. 33, adjacent to the Forward Business
Center. These buildings cover 18840 square meters area with
19361 square meters construction area, at the building ratio
of 1.05 and greenery rate of 30%.
Multi-Story Factory Buildings are separated into Unit A.
B, C, D and E, connecting by corridors. Among of them
Unit A, C, D, E are three-story buildings, but Unit B has four stories;
every story in each unit can be partitioned into areas for
independent workshop, toilet, office and changing rooms.
The buildings are installed one passenger life, four cargo
lifts (2T) , reserved six-lift space,
and loading platforms. Every unit is provided a
basic electricity transformer with maximum capacity of 100KVA
for free. And the actual use will depend on the need of the
customer. Existing water, sewage, telephone, lighting, electrical
utilities are supplied. The external wall is adopted water-proof
painting and windows are adopted alloy-aluminum frame.
